I’ve been incorporating ultrasound into my routine, and I cant figure out why I’m not gaining strain anymore? My BPFSL was 19.5cm (same as erect length), and within 2 weeks i reached 20.5cm BPFSL, and now I cant get past it, even after weeks of trying and a 2 month decon break, and still no further gains.

If anyone has any ideas or opinions, id love to hear it. I’ve used both the US pro 2nd edition, and the soundcare plus at 3mhz and 2.0w/cm^2. I slowly build up from 250 grams to 1750 grams, which is where i start using heat. Once i reach 2800 grams, i stop the heat, and let the cooldown phase do its thing, after 10 minutes i go to check post BPFSL, and i only see a 1-2 millimeter difference.
