What about regular intercourse at girth 5.8 vs 7?

I am not exactly sure when I reached 7 so cannot give a clear answer, but the last 4 summary would be; 2 no problems, 1 required extensive foreplay, 1 just would not fit at all. The three that it fit all came quickly but I am also having issues there now as I find it far harder to control when I ejaculate, as it feels so tight I have far less control over when I reach the point of no return. At lower girth I could essentially choose when I came.

The cause is not really something that can be replicated.

I think I sometimes have mini priapic events while I am asleep and each one adds a small amount of size. Kinda like megalophallus but not as extreme. Am talking to a urologist about it but he doesn’t have much by way of useful input to be honest.
