I have what feels like a steel cord when i extend on higher tensions. I read that using a fulcrum can help with this, but most of the posts i found were about hanging.
How should i approach this when extending? I extend between 4-6 hours a day, how long should i use a fulcrum during my sets? Should i put the fulcrum above or below the penis? How often should i move it? Should the tension be the same as when extending normally or higher/lower?

I was thinking of using it maybe 5-10 minutes per hour of extending, and moving the fulcrum in different position each time. Does anyone have experience doing this?

Put the fulcrum below. Try the fulcrum at different points on your penis, close, middle, far. Hold your penis head with one hand and grab your balls with your other hand. Force the two across the top of the fulcrum.

What? I am using an extender, why would i hold the head of my penis? Or grab my balls? I dont understand.
